If you got 50 units every 3 months and you paid the standard $12/unit, then you would pay $1980 for the year. At $5.95/unit, you pay $1,580, a savings of $400. If you referred 5 friends, then you get up to $500 in referral points. If you purchased 1 filler in a year, then you would save an additional $200. Total of the savings is $1100.
Xeomin is a medical procedure. There is a dose at which your body may experience adverse side effects. Your medical provider will customize your Xeomin dose to reach the optimal result based on your consultation.
Xeomin, is a muscle relaxer and can ONLY treat dynamic wrinkles or wrinkles caused by movement. Xeomin does NOT treat static wrinkles, or wrinkles of the face that occurs without movement.
If you wish to achieve a natural look, then the dose will be titrated to give you subtle movement.
If you wish to achieve a frozen look, then the dose will likely be titrated higher.
There is a limit to the amount of freezing and “LIFT” that Xeomin will achieve. You cannot ask for more than what your provider recommends, because it may adversely affect your outcome or be hazardous to your health.
Patients with unrealistic expectations will be removed from the membership program. Any payment given to the Loyalty Rewards program will NOT be refunded.
Your membership is non-transferable.
Your membership can be canceled anytime. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time with or without cause.
When your membership is canceled, then any discounts that you accumulated cannot be redeemed for any services. $50 OFF in 3 months is activated after 3 consecutive monthly program fee payments.
If you cancel your membership within the first 2 months, your Xeomin injection treatment is billed at standard pricing depending on the units injected. This will be billed to your credit card on file with the membership program.
Yes. We have both malpractice and general liability insurance for a mobile medspa. Proof of insurance and medical certificates are available to you.
We need a private room and an aesthetic table where the head can be elevated up to a seated position. Select a date at least a month from now, weekday or weekend. We will provide you with social media and email templates to target clients who you want to invite.
WE PAY YOU! Would you prefer a $25/hour room rental fee, or free services like 50 units of Xeomin or a syringe of dermal filler? Your employees can get free services as well.
You will receive $50 worth points for friends, family or customers that you refer to us you who are new patients.
